Ingredients:
1/2 Head Cabbage *
2 largeRed Bell Peppers **
2 medGreen Bell Peppers **
2 largeCarrots ***
1/3 cupChopped Fresh Parsley
HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
1/2 cupMiracle Whip
1/2 cupPlain Yogurt
1/2 cupFresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cupGrainy Mustard
2 tbspHoney
2 tspRed Wine Vinegar
3 dropTabasco Sauce
3/4 tspSalt
Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste
Procedures:
1* cabbage should be cored and shredded.
2** bell peppers should be seeded and thinly slivered.
3*** carrots should be pared and cut into 2" lengths, then into thin strips.
4~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- combine the cabbage, bell peppers, carrots and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
5Place all of the ingredients for the dressing in a second mixing bowl and whisk until completely blended.
6Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
7Refrigerate, covered at least one hour.
8Taste for seasoning before serving
