| cup | Fresh broccoli florets | | 1/2
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1/4
| cup | White wine vinegar | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 1
| tsp | Dried oregano leaves | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried basil leaves | | 1/4
| tsp | Dried crushed red pepper | | | - flakes | | 3
| cup | Quartered cherry tomatoes | | 1/3
| cup | Grated Parmesan cheese | | | Salt to taste |

Procedures:
