Ingredients:
16 ozPenne, Ziti, or Mostaccioli
- uncooked
4 cupFresh broccoli florets
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1/4 cupWhite wine vinegar
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tspDried oregano leaves
1/2 tspDried basil leaves
1/4 tspDried crushed red pepper
- flakes
3 cupQuartered cherry tomatoes
1/3 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Procedures:
11.cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain.
2Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
32.in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic and seasonings.
43.in large bowl, toss pasta and broccoli, cherry tomatoes, ?cup dressing and parmesan cheese.
5Season to taste.
