Ingredients:
3 cupCooked Turkey, Cut Up
3/4 cupGreen Grapes, Sliced
11 ozMandarin Orange Segments
-Drained, 1 Can
8 ozWater Chestnuts, Sliced
-Drained, 1 Can
2 medCelery Stalks, Sliced, About
-1 Cup
2 largeGreen Onions, Thinly Sliced
2/3 cupPeach, Orange, Or Lemon
-Low Fat Yogurt, 6 ounces
2 tbspSoy Sauce
Mixed Salad Greens
Procedures:
1Mix the turkey, grapes, orange segments, water chestnuts, celery and onions in a large bowl, blending well.
2Mix the yogurt and soy sauce, blending well.
3Pour over the turkey mixture and toss.
4Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
5Serve on the salad greens.
