Ingredients:
1/2 cupOlive oil
1/4 cupCapers, (or less)
1 canTuna in oil (7oz), drained
1/4 cupLemon juice
1 tbspDark rum
2 Cloves garlic, coarsely
Chopped
1 canPitted black olives (8oz)
Fresh ground pepper
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients except olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2Slowly add olive oil.
3Serve with fresh vegetables
