Ingredients:
3 cupCooked rice
8 1/2 ozCanned green peas, drained
6 3/4 ozCanned tuna, packed in water
-- drained and flaked
3/4 cupChopped celery
1/4 cupSliced green onions
1/4 cupLemon juice
2 tbspVegetable oil
1/4 tspHot pepper sauce
Procedures:
1Combine rice and peas in large bowl; toss lightly.
2Add tuna, celery and onions.
3Combine lemon juice, oil and pepper sauce in small jar with lid.
4Pour over rice mixture; toss lightly.
5Cover and chill 30 minutes.
