Ingredients:
6 largeTomatoes -- sliced
2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
5 tbspOlive oil
1/3 cupKalamata olived -- pitted
And halved
1/3 cupBlue cheese -- crumbled
2 tbspCapers -- drained
4 Anchovies -- chopped
Fresh basil leaves
Procedures:
1Arrange tomatoes on large platter.
2Drizzle with vinegar, then oil.
3Sprinkle very lightly with salt and generously with pepper.
4Sprinkle with olives, blue cheese, capers and anchovies, if disired.
5Garnish with basil leaves and serve
