Env gelatin, softened
- in ?cup cold water

Fresh lemon juice

Celery, finely chopped

Tomato/vegetable juice (V8)

Cooked bay shrimp
Olive oil to coat

Mold
Lettuce lined platter
Procedures:

Soften gelatin in cold water add vegetable juice.

Stir.

Pour into oiled mold.

Chill until partially set.

Fold in shrimp and celery.

Run a thin knife around edge of mold to loosen it.

Unmold on platter and decorate with green olives, carrot peels or whatever
