Ingredients:
1/2 cupCold water
1 tbspGranulated gelatin
1 1/2 cupTomato juice

1 1/2 cupV-8 juice
1 1/2 tspLemon juice, fresh
->OR<-
1 1/2 tspHot pepper sauce
1/2 tspOnion, minced
Crisp lettuce
Green pepper strips
(red, yellow comb w green)
Procedures:
1Measure cold water into a small saucepan; sprinkle gelatin on top.
2Stir over low heat 3-4 minutes, or until gelatin is completely, dissolved except lettuce abd green pepper.
3Mix well.
4Chill until firm.
5Unmold on crisp lettuce and garnish with green peppers.
6(i used red and yellow also for this mold and will be nice for summer time).
