Ingredients:
1 medOnion, chopped
1 Stalk celery, chopped
2 tbspVegetable oil
4 cupCooked, drained kidney beans
1 1/2 cupTomato sauce
3 tbspVinegar
2 tspMolasses
1 tspBasil
1 tspOregano
2 tbspTo 3 tb chili powder
Procedures:
1Saute onion and celery in oil until soft.
2Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
3Serve or chill several hours and reheat to serve.
4Makes 4 servings
