Tomato and mozzarella pasta salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cupChopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 cupOlive oil
1/3 cupBalsamic vinegar
2 tspDijon mustard
2 Large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tspSugar
Salt and pepper to taste
15 Fresh plum tomatoes, cored
5 cupBow tie pasta
225 Grams mozzarella cheese
Procedures:
1Combine basil, oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic and sugar.
2Add salt and pepper to taste.
3Pour ?cup of the dressing into a 15 x 10 inch shallow baking pan.
4Cut each tomato lengthwise into thirds, arrange in a single layer on pan.
5Turn each piece to coat with dressing.
6Bake at 425f for 45 minutes or until edges brown; cool.
7Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
8Rinse in cold water, drain well.
9In large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cheese and remaining dressing; toss well.
10Serve at room temperature.
11Makes 6 servings
