Ingredients:
30 ozThree bean salad, canned
3 cupCooked rice
15 ozKidney beans, canned
-- drained and rinsed
6 ozMarinated artichokes
-- (canned), drained
1 tspCracked black pepper
1/2 tspSalt
Lettuce leaves
Procedures:
1Drain cans of three bean salad, reserving liquid from 1 can; discard remainder.
2Combine beans, reserved liquid, rice, kidney beans, artichoke hearts, pepper and salt in large bowl.
3Toss and chill.
4Serve over lettuce leaves.
