Ingredients:

| pack | Lemon flavored gelatin(4oz) | | 3/4
| cup | Boiling water | | 1
| | Orange | | | Salad greens | | 1
| pack | Unflavored gelatin | | 1/2
| cup | Dry red wine | | 1
| can | Whole cranberry sauce(16oz) | | | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix gelatins. | | 2 | Pour boiling water on gelatin; stir until dissolved. | | 3 | Stir in wine. | | 4 | Grate peel of orange. | | 5 | Pare and section orange. | | 6 | Cut up orange sections; place in blender with grated peel. | | 7 | Cover and puree. | | 8 | Stir orange puree into gelatin mixture; cool slightly.?break up cranberry sauce with fork; stir into gelatin mixture. | | 9 | Pour into six 2/3-cup molds. | | 10 | Refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours. | | 11 | Unmold onto salad greens; serve with mayonnaise. |
