Ingredients:
2 tbspUnsalted butter
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tspCumin
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cupUnblanched almonds
1 tbspPickling salt
Procedures:
1In saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
2Stir in worcestershire sauce, cumin and hot pepper sauce; simmer gently for 5 minutes.
3Stir in almonds and coat well.
4spread nuts on baking sheet and bake in 325°F oven, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted.
5Sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
6Makes 1 ?cups.
