Ingredients:
2 cupSugar
1/2 cupVinegar
3 tbspButter
1 cupWater
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Cook sugar, water, vinegar and butter without stirring, to hard-ball stage.
2Remove from heat, add vanilla, and pour on buttered platter.
3Let stand until cool enough to pull.
4This may be tinted with food coloring.
