Ingredients:

Mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

tbsp
Finely minced parsley

tbsp
Finely minced tarragon

Garlic clove, finely minced

Sweet pickles (optional)
-- finely chopped

Young celeriac knobs
-- peeled & coarsely grated
Procedures:

In a medium sized bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, tarragon, garlic and sweet pickles (if used).

Add celeriac and toss until completely coated.

Cover and chill until ready to serve
