| large | Ripe Tomato, cored, seeded | | | -and chopped | | 2
| large | Eggs, hard-cooked and | | | -chopped | | 3
| oz | Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled | | | CHIVE DRESSING | | 3
| tbsp | White wine Vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Chives, chopped | | 6
