Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsShrimp, fresh or frozen
Peeled and deveined
4 cupCabbage, shredded
(about ?medium head)
1/4 cupGreen onions, tops included
Sliced
3/4 cupMayonnaise
1/4 cupFresh lemon juice
1 tspSugar (optional)
1 tspSeasoned salt
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/4 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 tspTabasco sauce
Procedures:
1Boil shrimp.
2Reserve a few whole shrimp for garnish and chop the remainder.
3In a bowl, toss cabbage, cooled shrimp and onions; set aside.
4In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, seasoned salt, mustard, worcestershire and tabasco sauce.
5Pour over shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
6Add salt to taste.
7Garnish with reserved shrimp and chill at least 6 hours (or overnight)
