Red potato salad with grainy mustard dressing

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsNew red potatoes
1/2 cupChopped scallions
1 cupChopped celery
1/2 cupSliced ripe olives
GRAINY MUSTARD DRESSING
1/2 cupPlain nonfat yogurt
3 tbspGrainy mustard
1 tspChopped fresh dill
1/4 tspCelery seed (optional)
1 tspChopped fresh basil, -OR-
1/4 tsp-Dried Basil
1/2 tspSalt
Freshly grated black pepper

Procedures:
1Place potatoes in a large saucepan with just enough water to cover.
2Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 8 to 15 minutes.
3Drain and set aside until cool enough to handle.
4Chop potatoes and mix with scallions, celery and olives.
5To make dressing: in a small mixing bowl, whisk dressing ingredients.
6Pour over salad and mix well.
7Serve immediately or chill until serving.
