Ingredients:
4 sliceCountry bread, thin, cut
-from a lg round loaf
1 Clove garlic, peel/halve
2 medRadicchio heads, cored/ cut
-in thin strips
3 ozGruyere cheese, thin shaved
2 tbspWalnuts, coarsely chopped
4 tbspExtra-virgin olive oil
3 tbspRed wine vinegar
1 tspFine-quality mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedures:
