Ingredients:
1 pack(8 oz) cream cheese, softene
1 1/3 cupSweetened condensed milk
1/4 cupLemon juice
1 tspVanilla
1 can(16 oz) red tart cherries
2 tbspSugar
2 tspCornstarch
1 ea Graham cracker crust, baked
Procedures:
1Whip cream cheese.
2Continue whipping while adding condensed milk; whip until smooth.
3Beat in lemon juice and vanilla.
4Turn into 9-inch baked graham cracker crust.
5Chill.
6Meanwhile, drain cherries and save the juice.
7In a saucepan, combine cherry juice, sugar and cornstarch.
8Cook until clear.
9Remove from heat and stir in drained cherries.
10Carefully spoon cherry mixture on top of chilled pie.
11Chill one hour more before serving. serves
