Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cupSoup stock (cold)
1 tspSalt
1 tspWine
1/4 tspMSG (optional)
1 tspSoysauce (light)
10 Shrimp, shelled
6 Chinese parsley pieces
Procedures:
1Procedure: 1) lightly beat the eggs in a bowl.
2Add the soup stock, salt, wine, msg, and soysauce.
3Mix well.
4Pour the mixture through a sieve.
52) clean the shrimp with a little salt and rinse with water.
6Then drain and pat dry.

8Arrange the shrimp and parsley over the eggs.
9Then place into a boiling steamer.
