| cup | Soup stock (cold) | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Wine | | 1/4
| tsp | MSG (optional) | | 1
| tsp | Soysauce (light) | | 10
| | Shrimp, shelled | | 6
| | Chinese parsley pieces |

Procedures:
