Ingredients:

| oz | Corn, Creamed | | 1
| med | Onion | | 3
| | Garlic Cloves | | 1
| | Thai Chile | | 1
| | Egg, Beaten | | 1
| cup | Flour | | | Salt To Taste | | | Oil For Frying |

Procedures:
| 1 | Grind or chop together the onion, garlic, and pepper in a food processor. | | 2 | Fry in a little vegetable oil until the onion is golden. | | 3 | Add to the corn in a bowl. | | 4 | Mix in the egg, salt and flour. | | 5 | Test a spoon- ful in the hot oil. | | 6 | Mixture should be thick enough not to separate when placed in the oil. | | 7 | Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. | | 8 | Cook until light golden in color, turning to cook both sides. | | 9 | Drain on paper towels. | | 10 | Serve immediately |
