Cabbage miso soup with dumplings

Ingredients:
1 cupSweet rice flour
1/4 cupBoiling water
2 cupShredded cabbage
1 quartStock or water
1/4 cupMiso
Oil for sauteeing
Procedures:
1Place flour in a bowl, add boiling water and blend.
2Knead for 5 min. then mold dumplings into any form you wish (about ? thick).
3Set aside.
4Saute the cabbage.
5Add enough stock to cover it and bring to a boil.
6Cover pot and simmer til cabbage is tender.
7Add remainder of stock, bring soup to boil and drop dumplings into the soup.
8When dumplings rise to the surface they are cooked.
9Reduce flame.
10Place miso in bowl, add ?cup broth and puree.
11Add puree to soup and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
12Garnish with parsley.
