Ingredients:
| 1
| cup | Sweet rice flour | | 1/4
| cup | Boiling water | | 2
| cup | Shredded cabbage | | 1
| quart | Stock or water | | 1/4
| cup | Miso | | | Oil for sauteeing |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place flour in a bowl, add boiling water and blend. | | 2 | Knead for 5 min. then mold dumplings into any form you wish (about ? thick). | | 3 | Set aside. | | 4 | Saute the cabbage. | | 5 | Add enough stock to cover it and bring to a boil. | | 6 | Cover pot and simmer til cabbage is tender. | | 7 | Add remainder of stock, bring soup to boil and drop dumplings into the soup. | | 8 | When dumplings rise to the surface they are cooked. | | 9 | Reduce flame. | | 10 | Place miso in bowl, add ?cup broth and puree. | | 11 | Add puree to soup and allow to simmer for a few minutes. | | 12 | Garnish with parsley. | | 13 | Recipe from how to cook with miso by aveline tomoko kush |
