Ingredients:
1/2 cupHalf-and-half
1/2 cupFreshly brewed espresso
2 tbspBrandy
2 tbspWhite rum
2 tbspDark creme de cacao
Sugar
Procedures:
1Whisk half-and-half in heavy small saucepan over high heat until frothy, about 3 minutes.
2Divide espresso coffee between 2 cups.
3Add half of brandy and creme de cacao to each cup.
4Rewhisk half-and-half and pour into cups.
5Sweeten to taste with sugar
