Ingredients:
-chicken
1/2 cupLa Choy Soy Sauce
2 Beaten eggs
1 cupCornstarch (or more)
-A little oil for
-separating
-chicken pieces if
-necessary
Procedures:
1: in a bowl, combine chicken strips or pieces with soy : sauce.
2Add in eggs.
3Blend in cornstarch with your hands : to coat the pieces.
4If necessary, add a little oil to : help separate the chicken pieces.
5Drop by single pieces : into hot canola or peanut oil until golden.
6Serve with : sauce of choice (sweet and sour, formosa, etc...).
