2 tbspBrown sugar
2 tbspRed wine vinegar
1 cupKetchup
1/2 To 1 teaspoon Chinese hot
-mustard
1 largeGarlic clove, minced
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 To 3 teaspoons Asian chile
-paste with garlic
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan.
2Bring to a boil, then turn off heat.
3Stir in chile paste.
4Makes 1 ?cups.
5To use: brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling
