Classic fudge brownies

Ingredients:
3 ozUnsweetened Baking Chocolate
1 cupGranulated Sugar
1 cupBrown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1/3 cupLight Corn Syrup
1/2 cupButter Or Margarine
Softened
4 largeEggs
1 1/4 cupUnbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 cupWalnuts, Chopped
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
2Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
3Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler and set aside.
4Mix the sugars, corn syrup and butter together but do not cream.
5Add the eggs, one at a time.
6Slowly pour in the chocolate, blending well.
7Add the flour, beating until smooth.
8Fold in the walnuts.
9Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
10Place the pan on a wire rack and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
11Yield: 24 brownie
