Ingredients:
8 ozCream cheese, softened
1 Egg
1/3 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla
1 Pie shell, unbaked 9 inch
1 1/2 cupPecan halves
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cupSugar
2/3 cupCorn syrup-light
1/2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
2Beat until light and fluffy.
3Spread over bottom of pie shell.
4Arrange pecans on the cream cheese mixture.
5Mix remaining eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla, stirring well.
6Carefully pour over the pecans.
7Bake at 375 °F for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
