Ingredients:
1 Shallot, minced
1 tbspUnsalted butter
1 cupDry marsala wine
1 tspFresh thyme
1 cupHeavy cream
2 tbspUnsalted butter, cubed
Salt and white pepper, to ta
Procedures:
1Add cream and simmer until reduced by half.
2Add butter and stir continously until fully emulsified.
3Season with salt and pepper.
4Keep warm until ready to serve.
