Dry marsala wine

Fresh thyme

Heavy cream

Unsalted butter, cubed
Salt and white pepper, to ta
Procedures:

Add cream and simmer until reduced by half.

Add butter and stir continously until fully emulsified.

Season with salt and pepper.
