Ingredients:
1 medGreen mango
1 tbspGarlic, chopped
5 eachFresh green chilies
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspSugar, optional
1 tspCilantro leaves, chopped
2 tbspPeanuts, crushed
Procedures:
1Peel the unripe mango & shred it finely with a grater or food processor.
2Blend together the garlic & green chilies with a little water until a coarse paste is formed.
3Add the mango & blend gently.
4Mix in the rest of the ingredients, except the peanuts & adjust the flavour to taste.
5Place in a serving dish & sprinkle with the peanuts.
6Use as a dip for raw cucumbers, carrots, green beans & mushrooms.
7Or, use it to top lightly boiled vegetables.
