Ingredients:
1/2 lbsHot red chili peppers
1 cupVinegar, white distilled
2 tbspSalt
2 tbspCayenne
Procedures:
1Clean and de-seed peppers.
2Place about 1 cup of chilis into blender.
3Heat vinegar, salt, cayenne to boiling.
4Add to blender, blend to a puree, adding remaining peppers.
5Let steep for 15 minutes - blend again.
6put into a suitable jar, with lid loose to allow gasses to excape.
7Let sit for 6 months to one year or longer.
