Ingredients:
BISQUICK RECIPE CLUB
1 lbsGround beef
1 1/2 cupOnions, chopped
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 1/2 cupMilk
3 Eggs
3/4 cupBisquick
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 cupCheddar or Am. Cheese, shred
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400.
2Can be topped with crisply cooked bacon.
3Grease pie plate, 10x1 ?, or sq. baking dish, 8x8, or 6 10 oz. custard cups.
4Cook and stir beef and onion in 10" skillet over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
5Stir in salt and pepper.
6Spread in pie plate.
7Beat milk, eggs, and baking mix 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 minute with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.
8Pour into pie plate.
9Bake 30 minutes.
10Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese.
11Bake 5-8 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
12Cool 5 minutes.
13?recipe: use 1 qt. square or round casserole.
14Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to ?c. divide remaining ingredient amounts in half.
15Decrease beat time to 10 seconds in blender or 30 seconds with wire whisk or hand beater.
16High alt: increase first bake to 30 minutes.
17If baking the ?recipe: use 1 ?qt round casserole or 1 qt. square
