Lemon sorbet w/fresh blueberries & blueberry sauce

Ingredients:
4 cupFresh blueberries
1 cupWater
3 tbspFresh lemon juice
2 tbspCornstarch
3 tbspSugar
1 1/2 pintLemon sorbet
2 cupFresh blueberries
Procedures:
1Lemon peel, thinly sliced (yellow part only) fresh lemon balm or mint sprigs sauce: combine 4 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen), water, lemon juice and cornstarch in heavy large saucepan.
2Stir over medium-high heat until mixture boils and thickens.
3Cool slightly.
4Puree mixture in processor or blender until smooth.
5Mix in sugar.
6Refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours.
7(can be prepared 2 days ahead).
8Scoop sorbet into goblets.
9Spoon sauce over.
10Top with fresh berries.
11Garnish with lemon peel and lemon balm.
