Ingredients:
1 eachLemon, large, juice of
1/4 cupButter, scant
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
2 eachEgg yolks, beaten
Procedures:
1Strain lemon juice into saucepan, then add other ingredients.
2Beat over fire until hot but do not let boil.
3When fully hot, remove from fire, mix with the beaten yolks of two eggs and serve at once.
4Good for fine flavored fishes such as kingfish
