Lemon nutmeg sauce

Ingredients:
1 tbspCornstarch
1/2 cupSugar
1 tspGrated lemon peel
1 cupWater
2 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspButter or margarine
1/8 tspSalt
1/4 tspNutmeg
Procedures:
1Combine cornstarch, sugar and lemon peel in top of double boiler.
2Blend in water.
3Stir over low heat until thickened.
4Cook over hot water 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients.
6Stir until butter melts.
