Ingredients:
1/2 cupSpinach leaves -- firmly
Packed
1 tspGrated orange peel
1/4 cupFresh mint leaves
1/2 cupFresh cilantro leaves
12 largeFresh basil leaves
2 Green onions -- chopped
2 tbspDry sherry
2 tbspWhite vinegar
2 tbspDark sesame oil
1 tbspSoy sauce
2 tspHoisin sauce
2 tspSugar
1/2 tspChili sauce -- Asian
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Place ingredients in a blender or food processor container.
2Blend until pureed.
3Refrigerate.
4uses: make "jade rice".
5Serve grilled meats and fish on a puddle of this sauce.
6Add to pasta.
7Serve as a dip for crudites or melon pieces.
