| tbsp | Romano pecorino cheese OR | | | Parmesan cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put basil, oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt into a blender or food processor. | | 2 | Process until smooth. | | 3 | Pour sauce into small bowl. | | 4 | Add parmesan cheese and romano pecorino cheese or extra parmesan cheese. | | 5 | Mix to blend. | | 6 | Taste and adjust for seasoning. | | 7 | If you plan to freeze the sauce, add the cheese after the sauce has thawed. |
