Ingredients:
6 lbsChicken pieces
1 cupButter
1/2 cupFresh lemon juice
1/2 cupCider vinegar
1/2 cupKetchup
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
4 eachDrops of hot pepper sauce
1/3 cupPrepared horseradish
1 eachSalt and pepper
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in a non aluminum sauce pan and bring just to a boil.
2Lower heat immediately and simmer 15 minutes.
3Makes about 1 ?cups.
4Lightly brush on barbecue sauce.
5Do no let chicken burn.
