Ingredients:
1/4 cupMinced onion
1/2 cupOil
1/2 cupRed wine
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspBrown sugar
1 tspDry mustard
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspBasil
1/2 tspThyme
1/3 cupChili sauce
2 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Saute onions in oil until golden in color.
2Add mashed garlic and saute another minute.
3Add wine and other ingredients.
4Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, brush on meat or poultry during broiling period.
