20 Whole red chili peppers --

4 Whole plum tomatoes
2 Cloves garlic
1 tspGround cumin
1 tspCoriander
4 tspRed cayenne pepper --

Procedures:
1Remove stem and seeds from peppers.
2Put everything into blender or mortar & pestle and process till smooth.
3Add vinegar to reach desire consistancy
