Ingredients:
5 1/2 lbsTurkey breast, boneless
WALNUT PESTO SAUCE
8 ozCream cheese spread
7 ozPrepared pesto
1/2 cupWalnuts, chopped, toasted
1/3 cupMilk
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/8 tspGround red pepper
Procedures:
1Prepare grill for cooking.
2Place aluminum drip pan in center of charcoal grate under grilling rack.
3Arrange hot coals around drip pan.
4Place turkey on greased grill.
5Grill, covered, 1-?to 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
6Slice turkey; serve with walnut pesto sauce.
7Garnish as desired.
8Walnut pesto sauce: stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
9Serve chilled or at room temperature.
10Turkey breast can be from 4 to 5-?lbs.
