| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/2

| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1/3
| cup | Orange juice | | 2 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 4
| med | Baking apples, peeled and | | | - thinly sliced | | 2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | | Confectioners' sugar |

Procedures:
