| 1 | Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. |
| 2 | Cream together butter and sugar. |
| 3 | Add egg and milk to butter mixture and beat until smooth. |
| 4 | Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries. |
| 5 | Spread in a greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pan. |
| 6 | make topping by cutting the ingredients together until it forms course crumbs. |
| 7 | sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 minutes at 375. |
