Ingredients:
2 cupFlour -- sifted
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupButter -- softened
3/4 cupSugar
1 Egg
1/2 cupMilk
2 cupBlueberries -- fresh or
Frozen
CRUMB TOPPING
1/2 cupSugar
1/4 cupFlour
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
1/4 cupButter
Procedures:
1Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
2Cream together butter and sugar.
3Add egg and milk to butter mixture and beat until smooth.
4Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries.
5Spread in a greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pan.
6make topping by cutting the ingredients together until it forms course crumbs.
7sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 minutes at 375.
