Ingredients:
1/2 cupVegetable oil
2 tbspFresh lemon juice
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/3 cupRed wine
1/4 tspDried thyme
2 Large garlic cloves minced
Procedures:
1In measuring cup, whisk together oil, wine lemon juice, thyme, pepper and garlic.
2Place beef in plastic bag or shallow glass dish.
3Pour marinade over top; seal bag refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
