| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| cup | Boiling water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place blueberries and lemon juice in an 8x8 inch pan. | | 2 | Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and ?cup sugar. | | 3 | Beat in milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. | | 4 | Spread over berries. | | 5 | Mix 1 cup sugar with cornstarch and sprinkle over batter. | | 6 | Pour boiling water over all. | | 7 | Bake at 350^ for 40 - 50 minutes. | | 8 | recipe by : windjammer cooking |
