Blueberry oat muffins

Ingredients:
1 cupQuick oats
1 tbspLemon juice to sour milk
1 cupMilk, less 1 tbsp
1 cupFlour
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
3/4 cupBrown sugar
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cupMelted margarine
1 cupBlueberries or cranberries*
Procedures:
1* frozen berries mixed in without thawing.
2Add milk to lemon juice in 4 cup measure.
3Let stand, combine oats.
4Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and brown sugar in mixing bowl, stir well.
5Add egg and melted butter to oat mixture.
6Mix well.
7Add oat mixture all at once to dry ingredients.
8Stir just until all ingredients are moistened.
9Gently fold in blueberries.
10Fill prepared muffin cups ?full.
11Bake at 400f for 20 min or until top springs back and is lightly browned.
