Ingredients:

| cup | Quick oats | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice to sour milk | | 1
| cup | Milk, less 1 tbsp | | 1
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 3/4
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1
| | Egg, lightly beaten | | 1/4
| cup | Melted margarine | | 1
| cup | Blueberries or cranberries* |

Procedures:
| 1 | * frozen berries mixed in without thawing. | | 2 | Add milk to lemon juice in 4 cup measure. | | 3 | Let stand, combine oats. | | 4 | Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and brown sugar in mixing bowl, stir well. | | 5 | Add egg and melted butter to oat mixture. | | 6 | Mix well. | | 7 | Add oat mixture all at once to dry ingredients. | | 8 | Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. | | 9 | Gently fold in blueberries. | | 10 | Fill prepared muffin cups ?full. | | 11 | Bake at 400f for 20 min or until top springs back and is lightly browned. |
