Ingredients:
2 cupAll-purpose flour
3/4 cupSugar
2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
1 Egg -- beaten
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupButter or margarine --
Softened
1 cupFresh or frozen blueberries
1 cupPecans -- chopped
Streusel:
1/2 cupSugar
1/3 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 cupCold butter or margarine
Procedures:
1In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2Add egg, milk and butter; beat well.
3Fold in blueberries and pecans.
4Spread into a greased 9-in.
5Square baking pan.
6In another bowl, combine sugar and flour; cut in the butter until crumbly.
7Sprinkle over the batter.
8Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
