| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/3
| cup | Oatmeal, uncooked | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon rind, grated | | 1/4
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/8
| tsp | Cardamom | | 1/2
| cup | Nonfat mayonnaise |

Procedures:
