Ingredients:
PIE CRUST
2 cupGraham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 lbsMelted Butter
1 cupPowdered Sugar
PIE FILLING
8 ozOr More Cream Cheese, Soften
1 cupSugar
2 Beaten Eggs
TOPPING
1 #2 Can Blueberry Pie Filling
Or: Fresh Blueberries
Cool Whip Or Whipped Cream
Procedures:
1Prepare the pie shell using the graham crackers crumbs, butter and powdered sugar.
2Mix well.
3Press into a long cake pan.
4For the pie filling mix the cream cheese and sugar together.
5After mixing the two add the two beaten eggs.
6Pour the mixture into crumb crust and bake 350 °F for 20 to 25 minutes.
7Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly over the baked mixture.
8Cover.
9Refrigerate over night and add whipped cream and keep in refrigerator until ready to be served.
