Ingredients:
FOR THE CRUST
1 cupHazelnuts -- Roasted/Ground
1/2 cupBrown Sugar
4 tbspButter -- Melted
FOR THE FILLING
4 ozWhite Chocolate -- finely
Grated
8 ozCream Cheese -- softened
1/4 cupSour Cream
FOR THE TOPPING
2 cupBlueberries
1/4 cupSugar
FOR GARNISH
Zest of One Lemon
White Chocolate Shavings
Procedures:
1Line bottom of a 9-inch tart pan with parchment paper.
2Mix crust ingredients and press into pan bottom and slightly up the sides.
3Chill.
4Melt white chocolate in double boiler over hot but not boiling water.
5Stir constantly.
6In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese for 3 minutes.
7Add the melted white chocolate; beat for another minute.
8Add sour cream; beat until very smooth.
9Using a star tip and pastry bag, pipe filling to the crust in concentric circles, starting in the center.
10Fill entire crust; chill until firm.
11For the topping: rinse fresh blueberries and toss with the ?cup sugar.
12Heap the blueberries on top of the filling.
13Garnish with lemon zest and white chocolate shavings
